This was a pretty boring day – there’ll be no pictures or interesting stuff. But I’m typing this up anyway, just in case some people are interested.
I visited the tourist information centre and sketched out a rough plan for my stay in Lismore. I also booked my future accommodation up to Glen Innes (through Byron Bay and Grafton). Okay, so maybe that doesn’t exactly count as ‘plotting’ but I always felt the word sounded much more interesting than ‘planning’.
I had a drive around Lismore to familiarise myself with it – even though Aunty Sandy used to live around here, I don’t really have many memories of the city. I was pretty young, and the farm was always much more interesting.
I also did some laundry. Not fun or exciting, but it had to be done. I could hear a church bell sounding out the hour while I was hanging my clothes up, so that was nice. My plan for tomorrow is to take a suggested scenic walk around the city, and get a tour of the Koala Care Centre, so that should be fun.
Loving the entries! The pics, especially with the sound put me right there! Now if only we could capture smell as well!
Missing you. See you soon. Keep these updates up! xxx

Glad you like the videos I take purely for bird and/or frog noises. I take a lot of them, really, and just put up the best ones.
